Internet Plan upgraded without permission
Hello, having an issue about my plan being upgraded without my permission. Received a call from a number known for calling about a plan upgrade, let it go to missed call due to being at work. Received 2 emails confirming service upgrade when I DID NOT want to upgrade my service at all. Called customer support asking why I received these emails and to state that I do NOT want my plan changed. After the phone call I received an email about a CONFIRMED change to my plan that I already called about not wanting.
If this can not be resolved I'll have to file an FCC complaint. Any help? My original plan wasn't scheduled to be changed until sept 16th of this year.

It's really convenient that every single Person who has an issue like this is requested to contact xfinity through DM and the final resolution (if there is one) is never available for the public to viewing.
