Internet outages

My internet has been going off daily for hours. I have lived in the same place for 8 years, I have never had a problem with my internet until the last 2 weeks. [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] is going on!? As soon as my area gets another carrier, Im done!! I pay for this [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] in America? I would expect this in Albania, or living off the grid! Get your [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] together! I love these stupid things you guys say, “we are working to improve service, your internet is out”. It’s worse, not better! Also, the fact that it’s near impossible to speak with a person adds to the fury. You have NO customer service!

Hello @user_wlbowm, and thank you for reaching out on our Xfinity Community forums and for sharing your thoughts and experience with us.

We can absolutely understand how frustrating it is to experience daily internet interruptions, especially after having reliable service for many years and depending on that connection every day.

We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what's been happening. If you'd like assistance reviewing your services, account, and the issues affecting your connection, our team is able to help take a closer look and provide guidance based on what we find. Just let us know if you'd like to proceed with that, and we'll be happy to assist.

To do so please send us a Direct Message* with your full name and complete service address, and we can take a closer look at your account, review any ongoing service issues, and explore available options with you. We are here to help and will do all we can to assist.
