Internet outage

Im a work from home employee and there has been an outage every single day for the past 3 days. You guys are going to cause me my job ..I don’t understand the work that’s being done during work hours. Are you guys going to give me a job once I get fired from mine due to lack of Internet service during work hours? I’m just trying to understand.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
