INTERNET OUTAGE

The Internet went out and resetting the modem does nothing to help. If you could send someone here to help tomorrow, I'd be very grateful.

Hello, @user_y7y9o4 have you checked the Xfinity App or online support to see if this is an area wide service interruption? If it is, you can sign up to receive an automated text message once the issue clears up. You'll also receive a text if the technicians update the expected resolution time.

 

The Xfinity App is also great for troubleshooting any service related issue that is not an area-wide interruption. We also offer this helpful troubleshooting tips post on the forum to help you resolve or give more detailed information about your issue.
