internet outage

inter has been spotty for days, and is currently out impossible to talk to someone to get a eta, just says as soon as possible. I work from home this is unacceptable and customer service is impossible to talk to especially now due to Ai.

We checked, and the best way to get real-time updates on an interruption is through the Xfinity app or by visiting the Status Center online. That will show you if work is still in progress in your area and give the latest estimate for when things should be back up.

 

If your service keeps dropping even after the interruption clears, let us know — we’ll be glad to help you troubleshoot further and make sure your connection is steady.

They fixed it however today my upload speeds have been horrible they have maintenance sch for.the 3rd
