Internet outage ZERO HELP OR UPDATES FROM XFINITY

Ive had power since Tuesday but no internet in site and all the updates I get are refer to a stupid website with no actual updates or a text that says I will get Internet back as soon as possible... All I want is an answer on the expected repair dates please stop giving your customers terrible responses and give us actual responses

@user_gt1pol First we want to say we hope you and your loved ones are ok during and after the storm. Our teams in your area are working as fast as possible to restore service to you and many others. When it comes to repaired needing to be completed due to the large amount of damage that was done we have to start with the location further down the line in order to get service moving to your location. We hope you can understand that It's not just as easy as connecting your cable and having service, if our head unit or optic fibers have been damaged it can take many days to repair. Thank you again for your patience.

Is there anyway I can get some sort of anticipated timeline on this repair? It has been since 07/06 that we have lost internet and have had power back since 07/09 but the only response I recieved from anyone at Xfinity is the outage will be fixed as soon as possible.

I would just like a simple update with a date on when I can expect internet back at my home....
