Internet Outage March 7 2024

Outage in the 38115 Memphis area. My internet has been hacked for quite sometime, and I can't tell if I'm speaking with an official Xfinity rep or AI. 🤔  No help with changing out the gateway, increased data usage not to mention my data usage is halted. Now I'm experiencing an area outage. Please help!

Hey there, @user_eyy389. You can find more information about ongoing interruptions in your area by visiting our Xfinity Support Center. Once you're signed in, it will provide you with an estimated time to completion. We do not typically jump to swapping out the gateways as our first troubleshooting step as it is typically a signal issue affecting the service. Once the service interruption has been cleared let us know if you're still having difficulties with your service by providing us as many public details as possible. That way the community can be made aware of similar issues/fixes.

Yea, almost sure my internet service has been hacked. Changed all passwords on all devices, this seemed to work until they hack in it again and the internet has intermittent service again.
