Internet Outage from Storm
I currently am experiencing an internet outage from a storm that happened last week. I just received power back yesterday, but my internet is still out. I figured this was normal until I learned my neighbors, who also had their power finally restored and have xfinity, are not experiencing an outage and have working internet. The app says I am in an outage but does not give me a restoration time, and I am unable to contact a local agent as I am in an outage. I am wondering how I am in an outage if my 2 neighbors that surround my house are not. I am looking for a phone number to call a person directly to get more information.
