Internet outage due to “power outage”

My internet has been down for 24 hours and the cause is listed as a power outage in my area. However, according to the power company, there are no outages in the whole county right now, and haven’t been recently. When I look at Xfinity’s outage map, it looks like my house is the only one affected, so I’m wondering if the issue could be something else, maybe a bad modem? Is there a way to confirm this?


Chatbot and phone calls have not been helpful because of the limited options
