INTERNET OUTAGE AGAIN!

Now that Hurricane Beryl is passed on, why are we still getting Internet outage? Our service was back up on the morning of Thursday, July 19th then back out that afternoon. On Friday morning, the Internet was up and running. By 10:45 am, it was out again. Same message, "You have a power outage in your area due to severe weather." That's a lie. Mild rain shower then back to blazing hot weather. Now, here it is Saturday, July 20th, the Internet was up this morning. We return home this evening and NO INTERNET AGAIN! 

Not only do I work from home as a disabled veteran, my  VOIP phone can't be accessed because....you guess correctly! NO INTERNET!!!

I need answers!
