Live off the Gulf of Mexico, actually 5 minutes away in Texas. Wish Verizon or Frontier would provide fiber optic services in this area. Less interruptions than any other form of internet service.

Good Bye Xfinity! Hopefully, you will get your act together and provide better customer service. Think more about your loyal customers before they leave too. To offer discounts and incentive after a customer leaves is not the way to retain loyal cus

I’m in the NW Houston area and there is an outage ETA of 7 days?? This has to be a joke. In an attempt to confirm if this is truly accurate, I can’t get a hold of anyone via chat or by phone because of the atrocious automated screening process. i understand that the average call can be resolved via

We're still without service since July 9th. This is awful. We have to hotspot everything then they started throttling our data. What for they expect customers to do? Cancelling is definitely on our agenda.

This is my 3rd day without service and I work from home and no one will answer the phone to update me and my neighbors who also have Xfinity to provide an update on what’s going on. They have handled this very badly so I will be canceling my services
