Internet Out Despite Having Power

Can a true time estimate of xfinity service restoration be provided for the Hartland/Howell, Michigan area?  A storm did blow through my area on 9/3/26 around 4pm with a power loss of 2 minutes, but my internet has been out since.  The app simply says the services will be restored "ASAP."  I use internet for my work and need these services back.  Having no explanation or true estimate is frustrating.

@user_w4pxit Thank you for reaching out today on the Xfinity Community Forums. Service interruptions can be monitored through the Xfinity app or by visiting https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/check-service-outage. The information would be the most up-to-date information. We appreciate your patience while we work to restore services as quickly as possible.

Respectfully, this does not answer my question.  Is the estimate a few days?  A few weeks?  I have to plan for my job.

@user_w4pxit We do not have any other information then what you are seeing as well. When the teams on the ground update for a ETA then we would see the same thing as you. I understand the need to plan. I sincerely apologize we would not have any other information available at this time.

I am in the same situation as the original poster in the same area (Hartland/Howell, Michigan). Is there truly no way to get a message to the team on the ground so they can update the restoration timeframe estimate? Having some sort of estimate is reasonable as opposed to it perpetually saying “as soon as possible”.

The concern is not "accessibility / disability" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section.
