Internet offer but disconnected
Hi I was in chat with an Xfinity customer representative and he made an offer for internet and xFi and while we were chatting about the flex box, we were disconnected. I went back into chat (with a new representative) and she only ensured a flex box was shipped with no discussion on the offer.
is it possible to check into the offer or, it may have expired?
