Hello @user_rfvcml and thank you for reaching out on our Xfinity Community forums. 

Based on the title of your message, it appears you're having difficulties with your internet. 

The quickest and easiest way to correct or diagonose internet issues is through the Xfinity App.  If you sign in with your Xfinity ID and select 'Wi-Fi' at the bottom, you can then select the troubleshooting button to find out if you are experiencing a service interruption, or to diagnose your connection issues. 

The app can run all of the same tests that we can, up to and including dispatching a technician if needed.  If it's a service interruption in your area, you can have the app message you when the issue is resolved.

How to Send Us a Direct Message*:
(*Note: Never send a direct message to us unless requested by us.)

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
