My internet monthly rate changed from $40 to $74. I did not authorize this increase. It is impossible to speak to a human because your company has made sure that this can't be done.
CHANGE MY BILLING BACK TO $40 PER MONTH AND REFUND MY DIFFERENCE FOR THE MONTH OF MAY!!!

In the spirit of transparency, we provide a listing of the active promotions, the amount saved, and the end date on each and every billing statement. It would be under your services in green text. If you are doing paperless billing, you can check your statements with the directions here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-xfinity-billing-history. If you still need a hand, we're here for you!
