Internet Issues w No Fix
[Edited: "Personal Information"]
Email [Edited: "Personal Information"]
I've been having horrible internet issues for over a year now. From lagging, buffering not connecting, staying connected and download/upload speed to slow to stream. It happens to everything connected to the internet even hard wired in. This happens on a daily basis sometimes multiple times a day leaving us without internet up to hours at a time. Ive had to struggle to get to a live been person to speak to. I've been lied to, misinformed and mislead. Ive had 6 home tech visits some by Sr techs from late Nov thru late Jan. Everything from the pole to inside my house has been replaced 2x by 2 different techs. They dont know what's going on or causing it. They say it's not a in home issue but a line issue. Rocky the XFINITY tech came out w a XFINITY bucket truck climb the pole change all that out and said that I'm at the end of the loop/line and all the bad and noise is running down hill and until they find it, its the problem. I had an agent tell me that its a line issue(noise) back to the station. Everyone guessing or just telling me at this time anything. I just need my internet to work like it's suppose and what I pay for. This is causing daily life struggles and headaches. I can't get the weather at times which can be a huge problem. Sometime I have to use my hot spot which cause data increases.I just recently got the XFinity Pro w new modem and it hasn't helped so I called in to get the pods like I was told too and now they want to charge me for them. And the agent supervisor tonite told me I had to have another home tech visit by a Sr tech in order to move forward and find the problem if there's a problem and I could most likely be charged for the tech visit if they dont find a problem. I feel all these extras charges and the circle of of [Edited: "Profanity"] that is going in is unfair. This is poor customer service on XFINITY. Ive been promise phone calls back fir check ups or from supervisor and nothing. Its like I dont matter my 8 years w yall dont matter. If we can't come to some kind of resolution then I will make a complaint w the FCC and BBB. If I could switch providers I would but dont think there's any service thats suppose to be better than XFINITY except for ATT fiber optic which is not in our area yet. So why leave one problem to step into another. Please some give me feedback and answers.
Thank you
