Internet interruptions and slow speed

We were having slow internet, internet interruptions, trouble with our flex box, and slow app loading speeds. The tech cam out and connected to a different node on our building. This fixed the issue for about a month. Now we are having the same issue again. I can't get ahold of a live agent. I don't have time to navigate the phone menu and literally get nowhere. I don't need to troubleshoot the same stuff I already troubleshooted 10 times. I need my internet to work. I need to speak to a live agent. I need to make an appointment to get this fixed because I and my partner work from home and rely heavily on our internet to work. How do I get actual help?
