Internet installation
I had an internet installation scheduled for Saturday, August 16 between 1- 3 pm. The technician arrived promptly and was unable to do the installation because of problems with the outside wires. He was polite, but I did have some difficulty understanding him because of his East European accent. He informed me that he had made a maintenance request, and these requests are usually responded to in 48 hours. I have not heard back from Xfinity when my installation will be done. Your attention to this matter is much appreciated.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
