Internet has never been close to speeds

any time i run speed. on any device im getting maybe 100 down at most. i should be getting around 700 since i have a 1 gig plan. never even close.

when i run the speed test in the app is says im getting over a gig.... no... i am not...

I want a technician to come out to my house to look at what is happening and whoever set this up years ago.

something is weird because there is a signal booster with an aux cable going to it at my plug in.

please help me get a technician!

You've contacted the right place for assistance, and working from home myself I completely understand wanting to ensure your home network is working properly. I appreciate the information you have provided so far, and see you mention Xfinity App is showing a different speed than when testing on a different device. 

- When running the speed test on a different device, are you connecting hardwired with an Ethernet connection or WiFi?
