Internet has been out for over a week

My power has been restored since last week however my internet is still out. I have seen no Xfinity trucks in my area at all making repairs

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
