Internet essentials order

Submitted all required documents application was approved on Aug 28 and order was confirmed but I haven't received tracking information on when I'll be receiving my starter kit equipment xfinity account has account number but no installation information or confirmed information about shipment internet essentials application status said 5-10 business days that was sept 1. Still nothing what's going on please I'm going to be fired from my job without my internet
