Internet Connectivity

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with my Xfinity internet services.  There appears to be a town wide issue with Xfinity internet services in my area (Carteret, NJ 07008) and Xfinity refuses to commit the required resources to resolve the issues with inconsistent and unreliable connectivity.  Several Xfinity technicians have visited my home location and have advised me that the outside wiring and equipment is the source of the problem.  Repeatedly,  after every service call the issue is temporary resolved only to revert back to the original connectivity problem.  Several members in my community have taken to social media and other platforms to inform the public of these issues with Xfinity.  I am writing in hopes that this problem reaches the right contacts at Xfinity who can resolve this matter.  I am a long time paying diamond customer and I expect better service than what I have received.  I also hope that Xfinity will actively respond to restore customer confidence and satisfaction with their organization.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon  
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
