Internet connection at new address

Just moved to new address. Hooked up internet box. Yellow light flashing. No internet connection

I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you. Do you happen to have more then one coax outlet in the home? If yes, please attempt to connect the modem to that outlet.
