Hello @user_qfxygc, and thanks for reaching out on our Xfinity Community forums with such a great question!
The autopay discount can sometimes take a while to kick in once you've added it, typically less than 45 days after adding it, however the most common issue is that it isn't set up properly.
As outlined in our APPD document found here: Automatic payments and paperless billing discount
The discount is applied to any account that meets the requirements:
- Have Xfinity Internet, and
- Sign up for automatic payments and paperless billing with a stored bank account.
When you signed up for autopay, did you use a checking account, or did you use a debit or credit card?
Please double check your setup for your autopay and paperless. If you met all the requirements for the most recent billing cycle, and would like for us to investigate further, please let us know. We'd be happy to help! 😀
