Internet and security system down [Edited]

My internet stopped working from nothing and all my security systems is down they don’t have any technician to be sent to fix the issue I been in my phone almost all night trying to get at least my security systems working and nobody can’t do anything and apparently I have to be without internet for like 3 days until a technician is available to come by worse service ever [Edited: "Solicitation"]

In order to get started can you please send us a DM with your complete name and the address we will be working with? 
To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon
 • Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
