Intermittent outages
I wish there was a place within the xfinity app to report outages rather than just go thru the troubleshooting steps. Clearly we have been experiencing an outage off and on for the last three days. I have missing camera recordings even though my husband left for work and went past two cameras, I’m unable to change channels or access the guide, and no dial tone at times on the phone. If I go to the troubleshooting I’m taken thru steps then told there is no outage reported. Surprise! I have an outage on my road! Why is this so hard to do? Some moderator, please pass the feedback on to the appropriate department. Thanks in advance
