Install issue

I have been trying to get internet in my home since August. They have sent numerous people out to fix the problem. Finally someone came to fix the drop. Then the tech that does install came out and said they are having a maintenance problem at the box. So he does install and comes back and says they have to out a box in across the street. Are you kidding me! Now I am still without internet my job is still waiting for me to get the internet! I dont understand what has to be done to get this completed. Since August I have been waiting! Some one help me please

I get customer service rep after customer service rep promising me this and that and still no internet, no box put in, still not able to work! What do I have to do to get this completed.

Okay is there anyone that can help me get the box put in so they can do the drop i already ha e the install. They ran from box down the street and when they came to do install maintance changed it to they were putting in a box across the street from me. They have not been back to do so. Also I just got off the phone with a customer service rep. And she told me that im not in the system and was asking me what service I want....I better be in the system I've been trying to get service put in since September..... I am really tired of having to explain everything o er and over again everytime I call. Can't someone just come out here do what they have to do to get the internet ran to my house. And you wont have to hear from me anymore. It's insane 😳

No my location has never had Comcast service. Xfinity Comcast whoever just put in fiber in our neighborhood they were everywhere working for awhile on the main road which is Riverdale, then they sat at the entrance road to our houses and put up a xfinity sign up so I called xfinity and they said they do service this address and I said great hook me up. I understand that it's all new out here, and totally understand that it's gonna take longer bc they had to run fiber from box to house (the drop) and then an install, I can absolutely understand it taking awhile, and have been very patient and been totally understanding polite, there has literally been 14 people out here, the tech Steven he says he hates to have to keep coming back bc the way I have been done I should be ready to cuss someone out. It's been misery. So they came out to do install, Steven and workers, he did the install put box on house and set up modem and said they were having a problem at the box and maintaince was there taking care of it. This is on Dec. 23rd, then he comes back and says your going to kill me, but now maintance wants to put a box across street!!! So I have a line ran all the way to property and the install is installed and still no internet nor has anyone been back to put box across street all the line is ran and ready on the pole, it's literally like across the street I can throw a rock and hit the line pole whatever. Okay then I get messages to return my equipment! What? So I called and they have canceled my account. Omg! What is really going on. O can't believe this, but I can't make it up either. So they put me back in the system and put a new order in and then I received another message to return my equipment. Okay WHAT IN THE WORLD IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE THIS BUSINESS THIS IS INSANE. IM SO FLABBERGASTED AND TOTALLY FLOORED. WHAT DOES A CUSTOMER OR TRYING TO BE A CUSTOMER HAVE TO DO, PUT THE BOX IN MYSELF AND RUN IT ACROSS THE STREET. I CAN DO IT. I PHYSICALLY ABLE TO DIG A TRENCH PUT THE CABLE DOWN COVER IT UP HOOK THE BOX UP AND HOOK IT TO THE INSTALL AND BE DONE WITH IT! I JUST DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT CAN I DO TO HAVE IT COMPLETED AND I HAVE INTERNET????????

OMG PLEASE HELP ME, TELL ME WHY MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DELTED THE WORK HAS BEEN DELETED WHY I CANT GET INTERNET LIKE EVERYOTHER CUSTOMER WITH COMCAST AND XFINITY?????

They was out here putting in new lines and posted a Xfinity sign by the mailboxes, so I called and I understand that they just got lines ran, and had to run the lines bury them to my property etc. I have been absolutely nothing but understanding and have had total patience with everyone involved ask the customer service reps. And I just am at another stand still bc I haven't been told when they are coming to install the new box across the street. Like am I going to have to wait couple more months, I do not get any updates as what's happening. I have to call and set up appts myself for what needs to be done. And everytime I call I have to go thru the whole story it's just getting old. Like I said I started this end of August and have been trying to switch my phone also but can't til internet is installed.

No it's new to our area, we'll they put all the lines on the main road and had to run lines from down road. But they were advertising that xfinity was available to my property. And that's why I was patient with them running lines and stuff but since August is little long
