Infinite Sign-In Loop

This is insanity. I've been trapped in the Xfinity Infinite Sign-In Loop for weeks now. Unable to sign into the Xfinity app. This is very important to be to be able to access my driveway camera. I have cleared the cache data MANY times. I have restarted my phone MANY times. I have un-installed and re-installed the app MANY times. Chat support simply tells me to wait then try logging in later. This is NOT HELPING AT ALL. What in the actual F%$#?????
