Individual Device Usage

I've used the same data, and had the same devices, for many years. All of a sudden, in the last two months, my data usage has gone up by 50%. I have searched your forum and only found generic answers, like a list of common ways data is used. I want to see a monthly total, by device, so I can fix the problem. How can I find monthly data totals by device?

Great question! At this time the data usage is not broken down by device. At this time data usage is verified by an independent, third-party auditor. The best course of action, in this case, would actually be to report this to our Customer Security Assurance if you feel the reporting is incorrect. You can contact them by following this link: https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse/ or by calling CSA Toll-Free Number: 1-888-565-4329.

I don’t feel the reporting is incorrect. I want help figuring out which of our 20 devices had the spike in usage so I can troubleshoot that device. You’re saying that’s not possible?

user_0anb7y, We don't have a way to see what device is using a specific amount of data. If you contact our CSA department, they might be able to help you further with this matter. I know it is frustrating.

I've read quite a few posts that are requesting the same per device usage report which I'm also interested in. Can we/customers request this be an enhancement request for Xfinity developers? In each post, customers are directed to the CSA department which have not yielded any positive responses.
