Individual Device Usage
I've used the same data, and had the same devices, for many years. All of a sudden, in the last two months, my data usage has gone up by 50%. I have searched your forum and only found generic answers, like a list of common ways data is used. I want to see a monthly total, by device, so I can fix the problem. How can I find monthly data totals by device?

Great question! At this time the data usage is not broken down by device. At this time data usage is verified by an independent, third-party auditor. The best course of action, in this case, would actually be to report this to our Customer Security Assurance if you feel the reporting is incorrect.
