Increase of Upload Speeds

I live in Tamarac FL. I have the highest tier of internet 1300/35 mb. There is a network upgrade that has been performed in our neighborhood recently. If/when will the new upload speeds as part of Xfinity's "net gen" network be available to me?

Thanks

You guys had no clue. You just said they are doing maintenance work yet all messaging shows to me the customer was upgrades to deliver next gen speeds. So, what gives?

Thanks for further clarifying, user_2ooa6t. The enhanced speed upgrade jobs show as maintenance work in our system so that can be the difference between what you see and what we say. We are happy to check on that and ensure the new speed is working. If it doesn't work with a modem reset we have to track down why on your account.

There are a few different causes from having a compatible modem and plan, the bootfile, is our system is updated to show the enhanced speed, etc. Feel free to send us a direct message with the instructions above at your convenience so we can further help.
