Incorrect bill/Plan change and increase without my consent with refusal to adjust

Hello,

I signed up for a plan priced at a certain amount. The following billing cycle the bill increases by 40 dollars; I explained the issue multiple times to customer service and was denied a refund request do to the bill, that was incorrect, still pending. The service level was changed so that the 25.00 activation fee that is automatically returned could read as an echeck return as I paid the previous bill on time, which increased the current bill. I was changed the incorrect price instead of the adjusted bill despite calling before the incorrect billing price was due. Also had multiple service shortages between that time which could explain that there was a service change on the back end. I would like a refund concerning this billing cycle.
