Incorrect billing

Hi, I’m a new customer to Xfinity.  i just saw a 100 installation service charge on my account.

The sales person said the first time installation is free, and nobody has mentioned to me that there will be any charge along the way. Besides, the issue is the wiring issue. Please fix it!

In order to get started can you send us a DM with your full name and service address?
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
