Incomplete installation

Due to construction, we had to relocate where the cable enters our home. As a result, for the last 1.5 years the cable has just been laying on the ground. Your crews came and set up new conduit to bury the cable underground but no one has come to actually move the cable into the new conduit.

I can't see the option to send a Direct Message on the forum. I'm logged in on desktop. How can I get this work completed?

user_iaro46 Hi there! Thanks for using our Forums and for taking the time to contact us. We are here to help with getting the line buried and secured. To get started can you send our team a DM with your name and address?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

I believe this is all taken care of now, @user_iaro46, since we escalated your concerns directly to the field team. Wonderful news! If you still need us in the next day or two, please feel free to respond to our latest DM. Otherwise, you're always welcome to create a new post down the road if anything else comes up, and we remain here to support you and your household however we can :)

I also want to share a notification I'm seeing, regarding planned maintenance that's scheduled for your area, starting around 1 AM tomorrow. You may experience an interruption to service(s) during that time, but don't worry! We provide some ways for you to keep track of updates as they become available - you may use the Xfinity App and/or visit our Support Center for further details.
