Incentive Tracker for $100 Promotional Amazon Gift says disqualified?

I am supposed to earn the $100 amazon giftcard reward on August 19th and had really been counting on it. I've paid my monthly bill on time with automatic payments through my bank account. I DID just move down the street to a new address on the 9th. Has the Xfinity backend system mistakenly flagged my transfer of service as a total account disconnection? Google says this could be an automated system glitch that resets your promotional clock and changes your active tracker status to "disqualified". But because I kept active service and simply moved, should I not be entirely eligible to get the promotion restored and recieve the gift card? I also was impacted by the flooding in central indiana as well as issues at new place, so my internet wasn't working for a week and the weather was too dangerous for technician to be scheduled. Who should I contact? Thank you!!!

The concern is not "E-mail" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @megans1 and thanks for bringing your concern to our Xfinity Community forums!  And thanks @EG for shining a light on this for us!

I can absolutely understand why this would be concerning, especially when you've been counting on that reward and have continued your service while managing a move and weather-related challenges along the way.

We'd be happy to take a closer look at what's happening with the promotion and review whether the recent transfer of service may have impacted the incentive tracking. To get started, please send us a Direct Message* with your full name, your current service address, and the address where the promotion originally began (if different).

Any additional details you have regarding the promotion are helpful as well.

Once we have that information, we'll dig into the details and review the status of the reward with you. We look forward to helping get some clarity on this!
