Incentive Center

Why is it that whenever I call the incentive center number no one picks up or calls me back. I just want my $100 prepaid card. It said it was shipped and I have not recieved anything. It has been more that 10 business days.

We apologize that you have experienced issues when attempting to get information related to a prepaid Visa card. Have you tried using the Incentive Tracker website (https://xfinityincentivetracker.com/)? That site should provide you with the latest status of your Xfinity incentives. Please let us know if that site does not provide you with the information you are looking for or if you have additional questions.

@XfinityJessie​ Yes I have checked the status. It says it has been shipped on the 19th of May it is the 6th of June and I have not recieved anything.
