Inadequate and unprofessional repair

I was unaware that Xfinity would be performing work in the area, let alone that digging would occur on my property outside of the designated easement.

I take pride in maintaining my yard and was disappointed to find damage, including holes that remain and large uneven lumps, along with an inadequate and unprofessional repair.

While the property may not be fully restored to its original condition, it should be properly repaired.

Does anyone know how I go about requesting the damage be appropriately addressed?
