In store pickup

I ordered a new modem online and received the confirmation for it but i haven’t received an other notification on when it will be ready to pick up. How long will it take before it’s ready to pickup?

Hi @user_da2ac9 and thank you for reaching out.   I know how important it is to find out when the order will be ready for pick up. Can you send me a direct message with your address and name listed on the account?

@user_da2ac9: "Send me a direct message" means:


From any forums.xfinity.com page:


  • Click "Sign In" if that prompt is visible 

  • Click the "Direct Messaging" iconor https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging  

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person but don't do that.

      Instead, type Xfinity Support there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.

  • Select "Xfinity Support" from the list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

  • Press Enter or tap the > icon to send it
