In store pickup instead of shipping

I just ordered an internet plan and would like to pick up the equipment instore instead of having it shipped. Is there somewhere I can choose this option since I've already payed?

@user_a4uy4o, thank you for taking the time to reach out through the Community Forums page. I would be happy to assist you with your equipment related questions. You should be able to go to your local store location and provide your order details in order to pick up your equipment in person. How long ago was the order originally placed? Do you know if the equipment has already shipped?

An hour ago, no shipment email. Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?

No appointment is needed, but you can schedule one by visiting our 'Xfinity Retail Store Locator and Xfinity Mobile Stores' support page and viewing the details of the store nearest you. @user_a4uy4o

Delivery instead of store pick up 

I have placed an order, but due to personal emergency I didn't pick up the order. Can I change it to delivery option now?
