Xfinity app. Too many inapplicable questions. Login requests sent 3 times. Didn’t work. Login online, no agents available. Called number, no agents available. Called 2nd number, hung up on. Bill past due to bank account hack. Days away from new card. Don’t want services discontinued.

I finally found the secret! Don't press 1 to talk to an agent about your account, they don't want you to get through. Press 2 as if you want to buy something, and then they will want to help you!
