Impossible to leave Xfinity Mobile

I had my cellular service with Xfinity Mobile until scammers somehow compromised my account and began ordering iPhones using my account.

I spent countless hours on the phone with Xfinity representatives, but they were unable to stop the fraud - and I was charged some kind of setup fee for each phone and received only partial refunds each time. Xfinity was unable to stop the fraudulent activity, so I was forced to port my service to T-Mobile to put an end to the fraud.

I ported to T-Mobile on or around May 30, 2025 at which time Xfinity Mobile no longer provided my cellular service.

I just discovered that Xfinity has continued to charge me at least $49.99 per month since that time, and I'd like you to go through your records and refund my all the payments autopaid to you from my accounts, and stop collecting monthly fees from me. I would also like to have my Xfinity Mobile account closed and my payment method removed so this will no longer happen in the future.

If this is not done, I will be forced to report this as fraud to the appropriate government agencies.

-- Thanks -
