Impossible to get an Agent about Perplexity Pro Reward (or is this an Xfinity scam?)

Without an actual date for an actual reward, it's impossible to get real help from your Rewards form! So frustrating and badly designed!!!!

So, please, where is my code? Or is this an Xfinity  scam?

Eligible Xfinity customers can sign up for this offer on the Perplexity website using the unique code in their Xfinity Rewards account.  

This promotion is open to active Xfinity Rewards members. Existing Perplexity Pro account holders are ineligible to redeem this offer. To redeem your complimentary year of Perplexity Pro, you must sign up prior to August 29th, 2025 using the unique promo code provided to you by Xfinity.

Hey @AliciaB. Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. You can visit the Xfinity Rewards portal by visiting https://www.xfinity.com/rewards. You will need to sign in with the Primary Xfinity ID to view the available and eligible rewards. Some rewards may be on a first come, first served basis and have limited quantity. When you visit the Xfinity Rewards portal, are you no longer able to see an Xfinity Rewards for a Perplexity subscription?

No, my issue is not fixed. But I've been disappointed to see others in this forum complain about the fact that you've been wasting their time and not honoring the Rewards deal you made.
Not a good look, Xfinity.

I'm going to contact Perplexity directly about this and let them know what's going on with you not honoring the Rewards offer. Hopefully, I'll find better luck there.

I apologize that you are feeling that way, @AliciaB. We want to provide the best possible help and handle your concerns. Though the Perplexity website shows the code would need to be redeemed by 8/29/25 the Reward was only good while supplies lasted. If you redeemed the Xfinity Reward while it was available you would then have until August to use the code that we send by email at Perplexity.
