Impossible to Cancel HBO Max & Fox Nation!!!

Why has Xfinity made it so SUPER easy to add on services but has it impossible to cancel them. Absolutely no info or links to cancel HBO Max or Fox Nation. Canceling Xfinity may be my only option.

@user_c354fe. I appreciate your looking for instructions to cancel. We made it much easier thanks to customer feedback and here is the links to each removal. It can be done directly from your box. If you have any issues, let me know and I am happy to get them removed with you.

@XfinityEthan​ Thank you! When I scroll down on the TV screen to the section in the Apps menu titled Xfinity, the "Manage Channels" app is not there. It only has "Account", "Xfinity Home", and "Voice Mail".

Thanks for checking. Let's go ahead and get it removed in an order. Send a direct message with your name and address. 

 

Make sure you are signed into forums

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon(direct message) near the bell icon. 2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

2. Hit the compose button to the right of "conversations"

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
