I’m trying to find out if my Community has a bolt contract with Xfinity

We have a new board in our HOA. I am one of the members and we are trying to determine if we have a bolt contract with Xfinity. We do not see any payments and cannot find any contracts so can you please tell me if we have a contract with you guys that’s active. The address is [EDITED: Private information.]

Hi there, @user_p525sl.  Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. For an inquiry like this, you would normally reach out to the property owner or leasing office. Barring that, you can submit an inquiry here : https://www.xfinity.com/multifamily/contact, however you would need to be able to authenticate the account if one does exist.
