I’m trying to find out if my Community has a bolt contract with Xfinity
We have a new board in our HOA. I am one of the members and we are trying to determine if we have a bolt contract with Xfinity. We do not see any payments and cannot find any contracts so can you please tell me if we have a contract with you guys that’s active. The address is [EDITED: Private information.]

Barring that, you can submit an inquiry here : https://www.xfinity.com/multifamily/contact, however you would need to be able to authenticate the account if one does exist.
