Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to actual Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Good morning! Thank you for reaching out to us here through our [Edited: Formatting] Xfinity Forums so we can discuss the best way to get you the most savings with your services. Every dollar counts these days! As a family of 5, I definitely understand the importance of saving as much as I can for my monthly bills. We are happy to work with you to get you the most value.
The Affordable Connectivity Program is a temporary Federal Government subsidy program that is designed to assist qualifying households stay connected to the internet. This program provides an adjustment to your bill for internet service but ultimately lowers your overall bill as it is an adjustment which is applied to your overall billing statement.
While we don’t provide this adjustment since it is provided by the Federal Government, we are always happy to go over options so you have the best promotions available and we would love to speak with you further about discounts we can offer or promotions that are available for cable, or even some streaming options. Do you have cable service with us currently, or are you interested in adding this to your account if you can find the right deal? Depending on your response, we can offer you more information and some options.
@EG We really appreciate your moving this over to us so we can help answer this question! It's very helpful and much appreciated.
