I'm covered by xfinity but its not available at our address?

We are looking to switch providers because our old local internet is $115 for 25mb so we asked around our neighborhood everyone uses xfinity but the people on our street said they use the local internet so I checked the coverage and it showed we are covered and can get xfinity but when I checked the website it said it's not available at our address is there any way to get xfinity at our address

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@Mutwakil thanks for reaching out to us for help with your address. We can take a look and confirm the best resolution. Please feel free to send us your full name and the complete address in a direct message:

(Full credit to @BruceW for this excellent explanation!)

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

  •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

  •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

  • Press Enter to send it
