I was also denied my $180 gift card. Do you really care about vets or is it just a scam to get more customers in?

I am referencing the post linked below here because the same thing happened to me. Though I wasn't a Comcast customer for as long at that guy, 3 years is still more than the 90 day requirement. I served in the navy from May 2001 to Sep 2008 and got out for medical reasons. I finally was able to apply for the appreciation thank you on August 4th, and was sent the email claiming I just needed to wait 14-16 weeks. Well it's been over 16 weeks and I was told that because we moved, I no longer qualified and the gift card was lost. [Edited: "Language"].
