I want to switch to Xfinity student

I’m having an issue. I’m being told I have to close my account in order to qualify for the student deals for internet. 

I don’t want to cancel and start over again, isn’t there any way to just be able to verify I’m a student and have someone switch my pricing to the student one?

We would be happy to see what other promotional offers we have available to you on your current account. I definitely understand not wanting to start over with a new account.
