i want to make a complaint

I could not get a cable tv signal.  I called Xfinity and went through the automated assistant.  It said that if the restart did not solve the problem, they would connect me with a human agent.  Instead, they kept sending me texts with links I could not open.  How do I get to a human being who can help me with my problem?  I am seriously thinking of cutting the cord, as there is no customer service I can use and there are constant problems.

The concern is not "Channels And Programming" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hey there, @user_yxmig6, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your customer experience. We would love to help with troubleshooting, and we definitely do not want to lose you as a customer.

If you're still not getting a TV signal, let's focus on the service issue first. Are you seeing an error message or code on the TV screen? Also, is the issue affecting all cable boxes in the home or just one? If it's only one box, try checking that the coaxial cable is securely connected on both ends and performing a restart of the TV Box by unplugging it for about 30 seconds and plugging it back in.

I want to keep the focus on the inability to get to a human agent.  Spam text after spam text after spam text.  What I care about is how to reach a person.
