I want to file a property damage claim with Xfinity

I want to file a property damage claim with Xfinity. Xfinity did not properly bond or ground its equipment. As a result a lighting hit an Xfinity asset causing a surge to travel through the coaxial cable outside my resident, enter my resident and destroyed my Xfinity X1 cable box and satellite and the electronic equipment attached to each via a HDMI cord (two televisions and two Apple TVs) and my Netgear cable modem and the electronic equipment attached to each, including my Synology NAS server (with 25+ years of photos) and my Eero device. All other electronic devices in my residence, which were NOT connected directly or indirectly to an Xfinity coaxial cable were damaged.

My surrounding neighbors experienced the same exact damage. And it took Xfinity over a week to restore service.

The evidence is overwhelming of Xfinity's negligence. I would like this resolved ASAP. If not, I plan on initiating a class action lawsuit.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
