i want to cancel peacock

please i have been trying now for 3 months to cancel so i can get peacock plus and go ad free and just get caught in your loop of ask them [Edited: Language], can someone please help me!!

@user_6c5bwq We definitley want to ensure that you are able to sign up for the Peacock services you want, and we are here to help! Do you currently have Peacock Premium as a free offer for being a NOWTV subscriber, Gigabit/Gigabit Plus subscriber, or Platinum/Diamond Rewards customer?

@XfinityKatie​ yes its free because of the package with xfinity. I have been on the phone with both companies and have been unable to get them to either sign me up for peacock plus ( of which I had prior to switching to peacock premium, i actually thought it was the same when i switched or I would not of switched) Xfinity tellls me they will get me Plus and will open a ticket but i have never heard back from them, they also told me to just create a new email and open a new account with peacock, i dont see why i should have to make a new email just to cancel my current plan. peacock of course tells me i have to go through xfinity
